Privacy Policy

1. Application purpose

Claude YouTube Uploader is a private automation tool used exclusively by its owner. It is not available for public registration or third-party use. The application uploads videos to YouTube channels owned and managed by the same person.

2. Google user data accessed

The application may access:

• Basic information about the authenticated YouTube account and channel;
• The YouTube channel ID and channel name;
• Authorization required to upload videos;
• Information necessary to upload video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and privacy settings.

The application does not access Google passwords.

3. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to:

• Verify that the correct YouTube channel is connected;
• Upload videos and related metadata;
• Set uploaded videos to Private;
• Return the YouTube video ID and upload status to the owner.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Data storage and protection

OAuth refresh tokens are stored securely on the owner’s private server. They are not displayed publicly and are not intentionally included in application logs.

The application may retain technical information necessary to confirm an upload, such as the video ID, title, selected channel, upload date, and upload result.

5. Data sharing

The application does not sell, rent, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties.

Data is transmitted only between the owner’s private server, Google OAuth services, and the YouTube Data API as required to perform the requested upload.

6. Data retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained only while the application requires authorized access. The owner may revoke access at any time through the Google Account permissions page:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

When access is revoked, the application can no longer access the connected YouTube account. Requests concerning stored application data may be sent to a.blashchenko@gmail.com.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling technologies.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Claude YouTube Uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect OAuth credentials and prevent unauthorized access. Access is limited to the owner’s private server environment.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application’s functionality or Google API requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
